Initially, we only produced excavator buckets and supplied to the major excavator manufacturers in China, with more and more requests from oversea customers, we started to do OEM manufacturing worldwide.
Our undercarriage parts factory was constructed in 2010, after 3 years of comprehensive experiments in R &D, verification and massive production, our factory has successfully occupied 100% share of thecrawler chassis supply for XCMG excavator and XCMG mining equipment company since 2013.
The factory occupies an area of 250,000 m², with 3 high-tech and automatic manufacturing plants covering production procedures of forging, welding, heat treatment, roller and track assy assembly as well as painting and distribution, we managed an annual manufacturing capacity of 100,000 sets.
Our dedicated team has developed more than 30 kinds of crawler chassis suitable for different equipment ranging from 1tons to 300tons and our innovative R&D team is always on standby to service you with reliable crawler chassis solutions.
Origin Machinery is able to provide customers with genuine and after-sales products, including undercarrige parts for heavy mining machinery and equipment such as Caterpillar, Komatsu, Liebherr, Volvo, Hitachi, and OEM undercarriage parts.
Our company can independently develop and manufacture undercarriage parts products with a full range of pitches from 90 mm to 592 mm, with an annual production capacity of 100,000 sets of crawler chassis.
Among them, large-tonnage products are widely used in mining excavators, rotary drilling rigs, large bulldozers and other engineering machinery and equipment, becoming the preferred brand in the large-tonnage host supporting market.
