Reducing failures such as cracked track links or premature wear requires strict control over materials, heat treatment, and assembly. We begin with high-strength alloy steels equivalent to 35MnB, ensuring excellent hardenability and impact resistance. Track links follow a fully controlled sequence—forging, electric heating, quenching, machining, double quenching, surface hardening, and precision finishing—to guarantee consistent mechanical properties.
A key advantage of Origin Machinery is our dual approach to heat treatment. For link quenching, we employ an advanced continuous quenching line, offering stable temperature control, high efficiency, and minimal thermal deviation. This ensures uniform hardness and a refined grain structure of Grade 4–5, improving toughness and fatigue resistance.

For surface hardening, we apply a two-stage induction hardening process. Each link receives automated preheating followed by controlled induction quenching, ensuring precise heating depth, uniform surface temperatures, and optimized hardness penetration. The resulting hardness reaches 48–56 HRC, with a hardened layer depth of 4–8 mm and a diffusion layer of 12–18 mm, providing exceptional wear resistance in abrasive applications.


Combined with automated assembly—3D-vision bolt positioning, intelligent torque control, and unmanned roller production—Origin Machinery eliminates risks such as under-tightening, temperature inconsistency, and structural instability.
